By creating an account or using Calyber ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Calyber Labs ("Calyber," "we," "us").
Calyber is a hypertrophy training platform that applies autoregulation algorithms to your logged training sessions to generate progressive, periodized workout plans. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Calyber does not provide medical advice. Training recommendations are algorithmic outputs based on your logged data and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified health or fitness professional.
New accounts receive a 28-day free trial. The trial period begins when you create your first mesocycle, not at account creation. Trial access includes core training features. Certain features — including advanced autoregulation actions, recovery protocols, and training analytics — require a paid subscription.
One trial per person. Creating multiple accounts to extend trial access is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate access restriction. Accounts identified as circumventing the trial limit will have their trial terminated.
Calyber offers a Founding Member subscription tier at the following rates:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize Calyber to charge the payment method on file via Stripe at the applicable rate until you cancel.
Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which may be added by Stripe based on your location.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the date you have already paid for.
Calyber does not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@calyber.app within 14 days of the charge.
Accounts that subscribe during the Founding Member period are granted Founding Member status, which is retained for the duration of an active subscription. Founding Member pricing is locked for the life of the subscription — price increases do not apply to active Founding Member subscribers as long as the subscription remains uninterrupted.
Founding Member status is non-transferable and is forfeited if the subscription lapses for any reason.
You own your training data. By using the Service, you grant Calyber a limited license to process your data to provide the Service. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Calyber does not guarantee that training recommendations will produce specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calyber's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
